It was bound to happen, the finding of circular DNA - not surprising, it is found only in politicians and bureaucrats which, when you think about it, explains why you can't get a straight answer to any question.

Actually circular DNA does exist in some bacteria (this may explain some things in politicians). Actually it looks like a candle in time! Nicely done.
