hee is the second of a series of paintings that Queen Zlata is reviewing.
After due consideration, she has suggested, very kindly mind you, that the artist look into some other form of work.

coming from a trad art background I still marvel at filters and applications that can lay down brush strokes like this... tis a marvelous effect for sure.
