Description

For various reasons, I have not had much time to comment on renderosity lately. As a result, I also haven't posted much either. I have a massive amount of pictures from my New York trip that I'd like to share, and if I don't want to still be posting them in 2025, I need to post more frequently. So I'm going to post images without the comments a lot and with comments on occasion, until I can have more time to comment myself. I love everyone's comments, I just don't have time to respond much at the moment. I'll still be around commenting, just not as much. This was taking on the flight from San Antonio to Houston. I had gone to sleep at 4:15 am and gotten up again at 6am. This lack of sleep was due partially to a dash of procrastination (I was still packing) and even more to a large dollop of fear of flying. I don't think anyone would notice this fear. I don't clutch at the arms of my seat, or frantically snap on my seat belt. I love looking out the window and taking pictures. But there is a little voice that whispers to me about gravity and I breath a small sigh of relief when I am safely on the ground. There is a song by Andrew Bird called "Fiery Crash" with the following lyrics: "and to save all our lives you've got to envision the fiery crash it's just a formality why must I explain? just a nod to mortality before you get on a plane" I always give a nod to mortality, before I get on the plane.
