I finally finished the Alicia Texture. It will be uploaded Tuesday, and after a brief period of verification by Renderosity, it will be available to the public.

The position of the arms seems slightly unnatural, but then again, I know a lot of people who sleep in unnatural ways, so... ;D The position of the head is great, though! The feet are good, too.
