I found Renderosity late on in 2003 and have since become an avid viewer of the tremendous talent on display. My contribution is just pictures I've drawn, daft sketches, favorite photos (mostly of landscapes and mountain days out) and comments and laughs with other members. Thanks to all at Renderosity and to people who contribute some amazing images and ideas.

I've been on that train!!!!! When I vacationed in Fort William in October, 1986. How can it have been that long ago? It was such a beautiful trip, riding a vintage train through the Highlands. Thank you for posting this image - that was the best vacation of my entire life!

'Aye, ye canna keep the Jacobites doon, Son!' Nice capture, Anthony. I hope that the midges did not get you that day. I wonder if it was built in Springburn, Glasgow. About 15 years ago, I was standing, waiting at a bus stop, just north of the busy M8 motorway, opposite the Glasgow Royal Infirmary Hospital, when I looked up from my book, to find a big steam locomotive passing by, from Springburn, on a huge low loader. It was heading for the M8 southbound, apparently on its way to the National Rail Museum in York. Unfortunately I did not have my camera with me at the time. My colleagues did not believe me, until a Traffic Police officer confirmed the journey plans. Warm regards, on a sunny ( it must be a trap!! ) afternoon in Glasgow, John.
