I was given a project to make DS mats for Mihrelle's new girl, Nabila, and asked if I can make some glow effects, to match the Poser mats she did so well in creating. Challenged, but happy that I was given a good excuse to take some time and fulfill my curiosity if I can do this in DS or not, (I've been thinking about this but really didn't have time to play around with HSS shaders), I said, "I'll give it my best shot and I think I can" :) After finding where the trigger was that gives this nice effect, I was so happy, and am now happier having the Human Surface Shader for DS around :) So, here is a cool render of an exotic (not exotic in a sexy way, but exotic in a glowy way) cool dancer, dancing in the dark stage. If you'll notice, the shirt & pants "shines" green from the spot light in front, but also there's a strong, hidden light in back giving the shirt logo an even stronger glow. Shhh, it's a seeeeeeeeeeeecret formula! :D :D I took HSS further and played :) I also gave Propschick & goldtassel's Lydia Hair band and my signature (bottom right) a nice glow as well (that hair comes with great DS mats as well).
