I haven't been able to use my photoshop 7 for two years, figured out how to get my old drive hooked up to my new computer so I can use it.... When I had a friend over right after I installed it, He put this light effect on the computer.... Can you tell me what I have to click on to make this? Image looks fantastic.... as a kid, I could sit out in a field in the dark - no problem - can't or won't do it now - lol... there's no boogy man, but there are real hungry things out there - lol
