Description
This signals the start of Autumn for me. These are the fungi that we all expect fairies to sit on. Poisonous - rarely fatal.
It's halucinogenic properties have been well documented. If it will nearly kill you, why have so many tried it!! I suppose you could say the same for cigarettes and many other things

Initiating me in a few years ago with mushrooms, I learned that the red color of fungi reported stomach upsets and even fatal poisoning. So do not eat! ... For rest of the fairies!
