Description

I have a friend who is retiring this coming week. I don’t know where the time went but here we are and now she has reached her point of retirement. So I knew that I had to make something special for her. Since she likes calendars I came up with this 15 month calendar. I created a few other fun pieces of art like a retirement certificate and such. I liked the calendar so much that I wanted to share it with my friends here at Renderosity. I will miss her but I know that new doors of opportunity will open for her. I wish her the best. Our thought for the day is: 'The journey of the self begins at the middle and then moves outward like ripples of water on a lake.' Gayle O. The tracking of time has always fascinated me. It can move along swiftly or it can move along slowly. It all depends upon our activities. For us there is only the NOW (no other when). If we fully live in the NOW then time will become our friend and we can help to direct its course in our future. What a marvelous thing to be able to do. Does that make us time lords? I would hope so. Enjoy the calendar. Your visits to my gallery mean so much to me. They bring sunshine to my valley of life and promises of a new tomorrow. I could not receive a better gift than the gifts that come from your hearts. Thank you for your comments on this image and my previous images. Each one is very special to me and will always be treasured and held close to my heart.
