Description

Well, it could be better, but I am always struggling with the background and here, I just had to make something up. Didnt have a good peace of cloth and I would never had found out, how the pottery would look, as I dont own that kind of pottery, så the cloth on the table is only from my imagination. I have darkened and sharpened it a little. OH yes, then I warped the handle to the right a little bit out. Thought the "shoulder" of the pot was a tiny bit too flat. Well I could have fixed it for real and I probably will. If I do, I will post it again or overwrite this one. Is it worth the troubles? FULL SIZE is better. Have a wonderful day. Wind is blowing and it is really cold today. I maneged to take a few shots of the field with my long distance lens this morning, while the clouds were peach toned. Havent looked at it yet. SUPERB, Helle! Have you tried working in ballpoint so you can't rub out? or 'fineliner' and wash? Give it a go!!

Wonderfully done Helle!!I love the cloth and the perspectif of this drawing..it seems to me pencil work.The light yu achieved from behind the pottery and that comes into the drawing, like the sun shinning through a window is amazing!!! I really love this very much!!!

Wonderful still life drawing. It reminds me of the drawings I used to do in my art classes back in college. Using only pencils can be challenging but the effect is rewarding. Nice job and keep up the outstanding work. I would like to see more of your drawings in the future. Thanks for sharing.
