Description

Never really tried macro photography much before.. and I can now see I might probably need a tripod to get it really crisp.. I just don't think I can keep still enough :p The shutter speed isn't huge... but still isn't all that fast either.. :S Oh yeah, this is a duster I have next to my computer to dust my monitor every now and then :)

The low F-stop makes it much more difficult also. A pogo or a pod is your friend. Glad you are having fun with your new toy. };-)

Macro makes us see the world through a whole different set of eyes... and your macro of the duster is amazing. :)

Looks like either a model for a Medussa head or a coral reef. Take your pick, dark side or light side.

For those odd moments when I need a still camera, that's what the 2 second setting on the timer is actually for. (And yet many people still wonder why there's a really short setting.) It avoids camera shake from pressing the shutter button and without the need for a remote release. Even the "cheap" cameras have it. A tripod still helps though. Interesting shot btw.
