This is one of those images where the composition is so perfect that it is deceptive. You created a classic balance by framing the central subject dead center. Half the art teachers out there would tell you that you should not put things dead center and that if you do, you don't frame them symmetrically with the windows and curtains. But you pulled down the bowl just a little, added just a few extra items to the right of the image (the balls, the sprigs of flowers) and used the soft green of the cushion to reshift our focus back to the central figure… and BANG! A classic composition emerges with a wonderful sense of balance and serenity. I am VERY impressed by your technique… and the subject matter is just so darned cute! Thank you so much for sharing with us.
