Description

Ultra Fractal 5.04, with two-layers used. The second layer was used to finesse the colouring, effectively to darken the image. More and more I come to feel composition is all about communication. Ideally the vision of artist is recognised by the viewer and a pleasure shared; but this becomes the more difficult when the image is a pure abstract - difficult for both parties. Judgement then becomes the essence but judgement is a fluidity. It develops and grows through use. This is one of my experiments along an unending road. Golfers with umbrellas! Now there is an idea. This weekend the world's best compete in the Ryder cup and find the Welsh mixture of rain and gusty breeze a challenge in itself. What is that saying: "I'm Glancing in the Rain...." (my apologies). Cliff.

I don't think the image needs an interpretation as long as it generates a feeling or mood in a novel way, as this image does.

Lol. I get your drift. I think perhaps you are saying that viewer, viewed, and creator are all the same? That's what I think anyway. Essentially fractal in nature.This image works well.

In my view as long as an image can convey mood, ideas or provoke thought it is doing what i want it to. This image does all 3 of those criteria splendidly. Excellent work.

The communication among the graduations of the color may make us a similar kind of the feeling. It seems to me that this effect may be a wonder, but one of the fundamental thing in the human being. Beautiful graduation of the blue color and the distinct shapes!
