FE & PS This reminds me of "something" or "somewhere,fractal" but I cannot figure out What! Suggestions and imaginative fantasies requested. :-)

looks to me like a our small hero is kneeling infront of an extremely oppressive and evil looking dragon head. The dragon's head and face is very well defined, the kneeling fellow in the foreground requires a bit more imagination to make him out. Great image!!
