But clouds do have strange edges and beginnings..that's the mystery of clouds..and why people mistake them for UFOs.

Very good. Agreed, there are some artifacts. Seems like maybe these clouds are made from terrains, or some sort of boolean operation is at play here.

No the clouds are just volumetric clouds in a slab format.I promise no Boolean, no spheres. Perhaps I'd better not show you my two slab efforts then...
