Boy! I like everything about this one: the tracks in the sand, the POV, the lighting. Gonna have to add it to "muh favs." By the way, which is which? That ambiguity is another wonderful quality to the render.

Excellent scene! I'd like to see some more deterioration of the gas station, torn up posters, broken windows and signs, stains on the walls, crumbling plaster, that sort of thing...I think that would make it truly an amazing image, still a big thumbs up from me! Keep up the great work!
