M/B 1.63 Les équipages des navettes exploratrices prirent des centaines de photos de ces etranges, spectaculaires et fascinantes formations rocheuses dont on ne connaissait pas d'équivalent sur les planètes du Système Solaire !! Après de longues délibérations, les scientifiques du Pegasius retinrent l'hypothèse d'un processus de cristalisation, peut-être voisin de celui des roches évaporitiques...Des droïdes prélevèrent des échantillons et l'on s'aperçut avec stupeur qu'il s'agissait de la même roche que celle de la Stèle d'origine inconnue découverte sur Mars, quelques dizaines d'années plus tôt !!!.... ...Ces étranges structures cristallines, un peu semblable par leur composition aux roses des sables terrestres, se lancaient à l'assaut de l'immense grotte où, dans la pénombre, brillaient une multitude de cristaux de gypse...Par intermittence, un puissant courant d'air chaud, d'origine inconnue, s'engouffrait dans la caverne en faisant résonner les lames de roc, comme si un vent puissant jouait sur une harpe de cristal ; aux notes aigües succédait alors un long mugissement, un bourdonnement grave dont les parois de la vaste grotte renvoyait l'écho... Superbe cadrage pour cette magnifique création !! Bravo, Claude !!

Astounding images from within the gaping wound of Gliese 581e! An excellent supposition, the crytalization of these rocks. An earth shaking discovery, that these rocks are the same as found on Mars! One begins to let one's imagination soar ... Another magnificent fractal!
