Mission finished !
Lara was able to get Teddy out of the prison in the haunted house.
Paulette is so happy to have Teddy back.
It seems the spell of the haunted house is out of reach here,
as the bears terrific claws all over sudden have gone
and he looks like dear old Teddy again.

What an odd, sweet little story! :) Childhood, even the most sedate, is a time of odd and frightful fancies, how nice to see this one come out with such a pleasant ending. Great work!
