I believe that an image should conduct a dialogue with the viewer. The more words necessary to explain the image, the weaker the messsage.
I make no claim to artistic skill. I'm like a kid with a box of crayons; but I lack the purity.
Considering the agenda of either wing to be folly, I represent what was once the center, BEFORE certain media bloviators claimed the mainstream for themselves.
Of our OWN universe, we are always the center.

I've got news for you: that hasbeen going on for a very long time. Both political parties are equally guilty of selling out America.

The Roberts Court is a total democratic farce and tragedy for America. This was one of the most blatent political decisions ever wielded by the court. Truely now the supreme court is also fully a Dem vs Republican institution.

Who needs foreign campaign money when we have millions of illegal aliens voting, dead people voting, people being bussed from voting place to voting place (voting several times), courts ordering re-counts, mail bags with ballots from US citizens overseas being excluded from being counted due to some judge's orders, votes being declared invalid by some judge, etc., etc., ... do I need go on? The democratic process in the US is being totally destroyed by political correctness. PC is not democratic, nor new. It's the same old stuff Stalin, Hitler and all other dictators have used through-out history. That's why the US Constitution was written - to guarantee the individual's rights and freedoms.

All valid points, folks. So NOW the SCOTUS throws unlimited foreign influence into the mix. A broken system is bad enough; Now the High Court makes allows the Saudis and China to finance it? When money equals speech, only wealth has a voice.

"When money equals speech, only wealth has a voice." That should be everyone's email signature. Sums up the problem very well. It's a mystery to me why corporations were every given the rights of people. It's enough to make you a socialist!

If corporations are going to be taxed, they should have the same rights individuals do because they are equally affected by the laws of our government. Remember that whole "taxation without representation" thing that triggered our revolution? If, as the supreme court has ruled earlier, campaign donations are free speech, then the bill of rights is fairly clear on the matter: "Congress shall make NO law ... abridging the freedom of speech". There is NO wiggle room around this unless SCOTUS overturns its earlier judgement about donations being speech or we amend our Constitution. Of course, taxing companies in the first place is stupid. They just pass the cost on to us - their end customers - in the guise of prices. Taxing companies is a way for governments to tax their citizens more without the masses realizing that they are paying more taxes.

@ redhorse You speak truth. At least in the strict constitutional sense. But it's STILL a bad call, with terrible consequences IMHO. My question is about FOREIGN money. Are foreign-based corporations paying Federal taxes? Because they're SURE writing the checks. Do we allow non-citizens to vote? Then why allow them to buy elections?

All the things that make you go, hmmmm - Naw, I don't talk about it, because it's all just a stage play anyway - all actors, crew and extra take your places, the show is about to begin, the public -(audience)- is watching, and that's all! They don't get to call the next scene because WE haven't written the script! Politics, voting, government - all a big broadway like play - we just get to sit and watch them perform.
