Thanks again for the great time. Heather said she liked clouds and I thought you might like to see what a polorizing filter does for skies. For those of you not in California this is the state capital building in Sacramento.

Exactly what I saw only with your artist's eye bringing it out in all its splendor. That lens is really great and I'm so glad you showed me how well it worked. Now to see if I can find one that will fit my camera. Those clouds are just amazing. Now, let's tell everyone that those people in front were from Channel 7 News doing a segment as we watched...and there was a little family photo shoot going on at the steps of the Capitol for a little lady in a beautiful hot pink dress... I had so much fun meeting you. :-)

As I am not very familiar, which building is what - in the U.S. of A. - I actually thought for a split second, by slowly scrolling, that this could have been the top of the White House, Washington DC, anyway they both seem to have something in common - maybe same architect ? LOL The saturated sky - gives this pic a very rich picture-postcard look... I am happy for all you photographers to have had a great meet! BB

It looks just like our postcards! Very nice picture .. and yes, looking at those clouds, reminds me of when you rip cotton candy from the spool, for some reason. I always see something odd in the clouds, which is a good reason I like photographing the sky. smile Thank you ... and that was a really nice day, glad yall all got a chance to make it out.
