Oggi vediamo il caricamento dell'acqua dei Canadairs direttamente sul Lago di Massaciuccoli, dove corrono velocemente per riempire il deposito e alzarsi quindi in volo per andare a scaricare l'acqua sulle fiamme . In quel momento la cosa era piuttosto frenetica. 3 Canadairs facevano rifornimento continuo ( quasi 4 giorni ) sul lago , mentre 3 elicotteri si rifornivano a Massarosa per andare poi a scaricare l'acqua nella zona di Gombitelli . sulla colline dietro alla zona che abbiamo visto in questi giorni bruciare. Ho cercato di raggiungere la zona , ma sono stato fermato in basso dai vigili della protezione Civile , era troppo pericolosa percorrere la strada , molto stretta che porta a Gombitelli e al passo Lucese .

Le foto di oggi non sono una sequenza , come potrebbe sembrare a prima vista , ma sono scattate in tempi diversi dalla strada che da Quiesa passa per Massaciuccoli . Data la conformazione della strada ,con alberi e vegetazione per fare le foto era necessario spostarsi continuamente per avere la visibilità , non si poteva fotografare il decollo dal punto dove appoggiavano sull'acqua , erano due postazioni diverse e andavano scattate in viaggi diversi . Nel frattempo arriavavano altri 2 Canadairs per portare acqua verso Pisa dov infuriava un altro incendio.
The pictures today are not a sequence, as it might seem at first glance, but taken at different times from the road that passes by Quiesa Massaciuccoli. Il tempo , come si può vedere dalle due foto era molto variabile , dal sole intenso a fitta nuvolositaâ�� .

WOW It looks really fantastic. At first it looked like they just went down and "Showeled" in the water and went on to the air again, but I read they actually stopped to reload water. The other way had really been cool LOL !
