Description

Hello Folks.... This time around I'm going from a memory of a neighbor down the road from our farm growing up ...I was about 12...He raised horses for a living and I spent most my time when I was allowed to (after chores of course...lol..)to help around the stables there ...This image I created above is pretty close but not to exacts by any means but close enough to get my memory across in a visual way.I loved spending my summer months there learning the ropes so to speak and getting to know the business related aspects to raising thoroughbred horses....I basically learned it was a lot like raising AKC dog breeds but on a muuuuch larger scale....rofl... It was a cool part of my youth and was looking through old photo's for inspirational motivation and well the rest is created from the pages of my imagination...Hope you Enjoy...Always a pleasure to read your comments and Thank You all for taking the time and viewing and Fav's...Most Appreciated... This image is very well composed. You want to share with us the memory of such moments of your youth, when you could pay close attention to animals such as horses and dogs. beautiful scene. Ytes beautiful scenery!

Man, Will,this is outstanding what a cool mood this gives off. Most detailed scene right down to the herd of cattle in the far distance. I must say this is a beautiful piece of art. Congrats ! George

thank you for sharing ,i see the little boy siting on a fence in my imagination,and although its not in the states where mark twain had his actors i feel a bit a tom sawyer huck finn element. most excellent compo.
