Description

I thought I would upload something a little special tonight. There are several of my Rendo friends who are hurting with difficult situations. Real Life has a tendency to bring us many challenges along this path we tread. Many are painful, and make us wonder how we'll find the strength to cope. I've been there many times. I know sometimes you just want to curl up and not face the world any more. But then, when things seem darkest, a light suddenly shines. May all those who are hurting tonight find light. This was taken in Eureka Springs, Arkansas, a place we've visited many times - a place that for some reason draws us back again and again. The location of this photo is the St. Elizabeth of Hungary Chapel, across the street from the old Crescent Hotel. I hope this photo communicates a little of the serenety I found while in this peaceful place. I wish you all peace and a wonderful evening. Thank you all for your support! It means a lot!

I think tonight we were riding the same cosmic wave. I really didn't plan on uploading what I did tonight but a flow of words just hit me and then clearly it was meant to be. This is one of those connections. Looks like a gorgeous spot and I wish I was there to share a beer with you!

I like those places that keep calling you back... I guess that's why I have a hard time wanting to go outside the home state - I have found many places that I fall in love with and it's so hard to leave, especially if you know you'll never be there again.... Bahamas is one place for me - I seriously doubt I'll ever be there again and some of those white beaches and shallow clear warm water - damn, it hurts thinking about it - lol cool picture... I guess I'm one of those on your list of people, but I'm fine - one day at a time... and, I do see the light - thanks.

Man Rod, I think whoever lives next door to you is one of the luckiest people. I don't know too many people who go out of their way, as often as you do, to do something special for others. This shot is breathtaking, and the thought that goes with it just knocks this right out of the park my friend.

What a gorgeous photograph! I can see why you are drawn to this place. This would be a wonderful image for a background. I can see a "knight" (of whatever persuasion) standing in the garden behind the church, sword down, head bent, looking for inspiration or solace ...
