Hi!
I am a swedish guy born in 1956.
I have never managed to make any money on my photography at all, but still I go on shooting (In fact I have never been able to make much money what so ever, but I believe that thus I have experienced a few things that less lucky people than me have not) :D
This is the first time ever I show any of my images in public. I think I have read that one should shoot with the light behind you, but I like it better the other way round - towards the light. Light and color are my babies!
I am very very delighted with all creative, warm-hearted and amusing comments from all you Renderosity people! I was perfectly assured that nobody but me would have any interest in watching my images. Thanks a lot!!!
Di Massimo, which I have signed some of my images, is a beautiful name I found in a book by Ruth Rendell (Tom Ripley, I think). I immediately wanted it to be my artist's name! It is Italian and means something like "The Greatest" (one must be allowed to dream, mustn't one?) ;D
All pictures in my gallery was shot with either an analog Nikon EM with a 28 mm lens, a Fuji MX 2700 digital compact or a Nikon D40 DSLR. Some of the images are modified in Adobe Photoshop.
Thank you for reading!

You made a great shot with your camera phone! Lovely view and lighting! :)

Fine job with your phone. The backlight makes the branches look dark, but I can still recognize much of their detail.

You aren't kidding! Great effects are to be had using this technique but it's rare to get such a good shot doing it. Again, I love the tree trunks contrasted with the green of the trees and the light as always is spectacular in all your shots. Just beautiful work. I love it.
