Hi and thank you for popping in.
Â
I model primarily in Bryce 4 and have pushed the programme to the absolute limit of what many deem the edge of it's capabilities, but after 12 years of using nothing but Bryce 4, im still pushing....i do swear a lot more now though LOL.
I have a Masters Degree and Honours in Art and Design and have the nickname *Lord of Dragons* due to a client who i painted a set of paintings for, he dubbbed me the title when i was 17, it kind of stuck.
I run my own art house called *Rair DeZign* and have a page at facebook which has a few videos of myself making models using Bryce 4.
Â
Born in England in 1965 (yeah a long time ago i know) i now reside in the U.S.A with my children and my life partner and soul mate Kat, without whom i would be nothing.
Visions?
Â
I have 4 science fiction books on the go at the moment, 2 of which contain the models i have made in my gallery here, InZects and Counter Point Zero, which is based upon my starship iNova One.
Â
All models are constructed using Bryce 4 unless otherwise stated, i use Carrara Pro as well, but trust me, i make only very small bits i cannot intersect or form in Bryce,,,you cant teach this old dog new tricks :)
Remember we all started from novices, if you see a picture here, remember that person took time to make it, and of course show it, so at least give them some encouragement, it is the only way we can learn is it not?
Â
Peace and longevity to you all my friends!

That's a gorgeous piece of art--I love the shapes and how the lights on the ships are echoed in the lights on the ground, and the grand scale of it all! (And Dave Robinson is awesome!)

An amazing image Bro, the modeling is awesome and the lighting and background is excellent! The detail of this ship is mind blowing. I think that you should show all the different sections of the ship to allow people here to understand how much work and detail that you have put into these baby's! The detail in the engine section alone is fantastic. This just shows what can be done with Bryce in the right hands and you my friend have the skills to create these complex models. All the best, David

I found you while visiting my buddy's gallery (KnightWolverine)I also read your Bio. I've been around since 2003 use Lightwave, Rhino, Cad, and others but Bryce was and is my fav., to the present. A long list of my friends and great artists have left this site over the years. I myself deleted two galleries, came back re started again. I've been thinking of leaving again in the last few months but for some reason after seeing your works I may just stick around. I don't know you but something moved me to leave you these words. I'll be following your works. I like what you do with good old Bryce. Very Best Regards

Hi thelordofdragons, Very nice image, I like the ship's beauty shot, the back planet, the ship design itself and the way all melts together into a great compo ! Somewhere reminds me of the old-style "TTA-era" paints I loved so much in the '80s... Like Peter Elson, Chriss Foss, Chris Moore and some others... I'll look for "David Robinson aka bambam131", his works must be astounding ! Between that and your Zects, I definitely put you in my favorites ^-^ @+ Benoît 'Mutos' ROBIN Hoshikaze 2250 Project
