Description

For those who don't know about Central Falls. It's the smallest city in Rhode Island Area of 1.29 square miles with a population of 19,000 people. In 2009 the city filed bankruptcy and the state took over it's day to day operations leaving the mayor virtually powerless. The number of drinking establishments at it's highest point in the mid 80's was over 125, since then the number has been cut down to about 30. Driving in the city is very confusing with all of it's one way streets. Just going around the block sends you where you don't want to go. A GPS is very helpful for the first timer in the city. I put this under humor just because there isn't a genre for ridiculous. Sad but true about Central Falls. A tower like this would be impossible! Thanks for your peeking. Have a great day!

Super PoV on this, across the street and a long way down, nice job. Man that's actually quite a lot of people in a small area. I'd be suffocating and a raving lunatic in a day, I need some wide open spaces. Peace
