Description
We came accross this plaque on Dartmoor while out walking,in 2005, i put the pic on the internet, and a Sister of [Mario Panetti]named on the Plaque . got in touch with me, they sent us some flags , which we place around the plaque every May 27th. we will continue to do it until we can't walk anymore.the family lives in Owego.
not too many people know about the Plaque, we just canot find out who put it on Dartmoor, i will upoad a image tomorrow with the flags around it

There are many such memorials in out of the way places.It's very good of you to take on this task for the familys not only Marios, I'm sure it's appreciated by all.We must never forget any of them.

I met a WW II veteran from the UK that was volunteering at an air museum and the name at the bottom sure sounds like his name.I am going back in archives to see if it was his name
