Description

Balloons from my retirement party last night ... Don't let the black and white fool you ... Auntie is one happy camper! :D I love the space where the three balloons come together. You can see the musical notes reflected in both the dark and the transparent balloons, and you can see the notes through the edge of the transparent one. The balloons are actually medium blue, dark blue and white. Those colors and the musical notes are a big part of the company's marketing presence. Good company, good people, but still ... it's great to be retired! :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

Marvelous! It'll be a while before I can retire, but that's okay...I'm kind of on that non-traditional track anyway and so I'll probably wind up doing the writing and art thing professionally, in which case, retiring would be a bad thing...but WOW...congratulations on getting lots of play time now and time to do everything that you want to do without regard to those particular Monday mornings filled with all of the Monday morning gunk. This is a fantastic image as well, so potent and full of zip and punch of true black and white...the musical notes are a wonderful, almost cryptic touch as musical notation is one of those languages I never got around to learning...and well...you know what languages do to me, especially if they're as alien as something composed of dots and lines. This is great, and I'm quite incredibly happy! Way to go! Have fun!
