Description
The last fling of summer has given us here in the UK a period of nice warm sunny weather lately and I've made good use of it by taking my camera for lots of walks in the past few days. When I saw this beastie I now know why I prefer to take photos of flowers and fungi and other things that don't move rather than creatures! Having chased it down a steep hillside for several yards and nearly sprained my ankle (thank heavens for ankle support walking boots!) I FINALLY managed to get this photo. I hope you like it.
