Description

Seeing that this is where I'm spending most of my life lately, I thought it would be good to share with you! This is my place of work. It is called The Woodlands Office Park and has three small lakes, various antelope, other small animals and loads of birds on the premises. It is really a wonderful tranquil environment... well, if you can walk outside which is NOT what I'm doing lately. My building is marked with a small white arrow! The Auditing Firm that I work for is renting 12 buildings in this office park! I am facing south/southwest and the tower on the left of the image is the Michaelangelo Tower in Sandton City - approximately 10 km away. I live +- 4.5 km north of here! Just some useless trivia! Ag Dierbaar ... I'm just glad to know you took a break and walked around the pond with your camera! It's a lovely spot, I agree ... but work is work, and you're doing far too much of it these days! :P Here's hoping everything works out fine and pays off in the end. :D >:D< Connectivity here seems to be via the famous ZA handpump ... don't look for me until we get back to Seattle ... I'm only able to be here in fits and spurts!

Work, in my vocabulary, is one of those crass and vulgar 4-letter words, but I have to say that I'd love to work in a place that looked this beautiful! In the USA we have such places, but they look...well...fake and rather flat. Here, the place actually looks alive and like the small lakes are made with real water! Imagine that! This is a gorgeous shot!
