My first love of fractals came with Ultra Fractal, but I have also learned my way around APO, but have to admit in the past few months since discovering MB3D i have seldom used the other 2 platforms. MB3D has so much to offer and explore it is amazing.  i work in the healthcare field in northern Manitoba so there is not that many distractions to keep me from exploring a newly found creative streak.ÂÂ

A timely reminder for us all. Cancer doe not take many prisoners; he likes to wear the black cap. My Mum died in 1965 at the age of 52. My Stepdaughters' Mum died in 1976 at the age of 31. My second Husband died in 2009 at the age of 67. Although great strides have been made in the treatment it is so hard to try and be positive when you see someone you love dearly in pain, and yes, it is like ripples on a pond. My thoughts too, for everyone affected. Thankyou.

Yes, it's a hard truth for many who are affected and involved with this "news" to hear the verdict, the result: cancer. A beautiful image of you, Jim. Hopefully also a more effective treatment and investigations in this area.

My sister is a survivor, they caught it very early. It's a terrible thing to have to happen, hopefully a cure will be found soon.

My brother-in-law just had surgery for bladder cancer last Friday. It is not difficult to find much online about this type of cancer ... for a man, you remove all the organs around the bladder ... not smoking, not drinking alcohol. .. personally, my wife knows that I will resist any surgery for cancer ... even if it is already dead! We all carry the cells grow ... or not ... we do not know what we eat ... respect the medical instructions to avoid excessive ... Minimum ...

A very magnanimous consideration, Jim, and as the comments show, appreciated by one and all. Also, an excellent fractal to drive the point home. I see reflected here an abstract depiction of the subject at hand and subsequent remediation of same. Beautifully rendered as always.

What a beautiful dedication to everyone. Cancer of any kind is a scary ordeal to go through. Jim you are very thoughtful and too kind for words. I know that you personally had to witness a loss of a family member to such a illness. Thank-you for being so strong and humble. With Love Your Wife Glenda
