Description
These are the Bladdersack Drifters of Gaudrinal VI. The food they eat metabolizes directly to hydrogen (which is stored in bladder sacks). They spend their total existence as a buoyant airborne species. They maneuver and control their altitude by the simple expedient of venting hydrogen (an act known in other cultures by coarser expletives). This would seem to be a conflagration waiting to happen but they live in an inert nitrogen atmosphere. They inhabit Gaudy (hence Gaudrinal VI) non-aquatic reef-like structures. Their race is utterly colorblind, so they have no clue that their entire environment (including them) looks like a carnival ride gone mad. They are hopelessly cute and adorable; however, they are also thirty feet tall. They are a consistently cheerful bunch who will happily take you for a ride wherever you wish. Since they have no concept of a non-buoyant species, however, it is best to hang on tight.
