wonderful!! the central figure is Mayan style, the two heads of the feathered serpent are copies from the Quetzalcoatl's temple in Teotihuacan.

Looking closely at this and finding the details fascinating, I would have to say this is most probably Aztec. The collar he wears is more similar to the elaborate collars the Aztec wore. The Mayans usually wore a thinner neck piece more like a necklace than a collar. Outstanding shot with a great deal of beauty.
