Description

Well, folks... this is the first image created on my new (used LOL) laptop. Its not a great model computer, but it chugs along and eventually gets the job done. Whats so sweet about it is the fact that its a tablet PC... i have thoroughly enjoyed playing with that and the 360deg screen. I only have a little more space to play with on the hard drive than i did with the mac running windows, but working on that computer taught me a few little tricks. Oh, and for those who followed my struggles with the mac... i have decided that i will stick with Windows, as much as I complain about it LOL. I BROKE a Mac! LOL. Somehow, I managed to break both the memory and cause the hard drive to screw up as well. Oh well, at least bro wasn't too bothered by it. He was able to slap in a new hard drive and new memory and it seems she's purring right along once more. Back to my new "baby" lol...I started out with a LOT of problems... VISTA LOL. Yup, I swore I wouldn't ever use it, but its Vista Business... and I'm not half as annoyed as I was trying to run my m-i-l's vista on her laptop. Anyways... Vue installed, wouldnt run. Oops, forgot to run as admin. BLEH. uninstall, reinstall - yay, that works. Then came poser... installed just fine, ran just fine, wouldnt install V4 or K4,... Uninstall, reinstall making sure i ran as admin... ran fine... V4 wouldn't install. OK.... sit back and think... turns out I had to create a folder for it. BLEH lol.So, that first full day I had my new laptop, I had installed Vue twice, Installed photoshop, and installed Poser twice... late that evening, i figured out about the folder, then came installing V4 and all her morphs... another hour (finding all the things scattered on my storage drive)... so, I ended up choosing ONE skin, ONE hair, and ONE outfit... I was determined no matter how late got, I was GOING to PLAY. I chose Dioni character & skin, Alice Outfit, and Lada Hair by Nursoda... only to discover the alice outfit doesn't fit dioni, and i was NOT hunting up the lil program I bought that can inject morphs into clothing. Ditched the outfit. Decided on a portrait... and this is what emerged. Its good to be back....
