Description
This tiny Red-Eye Tree Frog was very helpful in letting me take a few photos. I found him near La Virgen of Sarapiqui in Costa Rica. This type of frogs only come out at night and are very elusive, so it was great that we were able to locate this one near a pond. I used a bounce flash to bring out the green in the background.

This is outstanding!!! WOW I have a calendar that has a picture of three frogs like this and every time I look at it I think what a shot, it shows three frogs on a branch and that photographer must have been thrilled with the outcome. Great work.
