Hi, I'm Marilyn. Â I've been posting here on RR for a few years now and thought it was time to update my profile. Â It's been wonderful learning so much from the amazingly talented people here. Â I've had the chance to meet many in person and some have become great and good friends. Â Starting with a Kodak Brownie camera when I was about 7 or 8, moving up to Instamatics, Polaroids, then the Pentax K1000 that really got me on the way, I've been looking at the world thru a lens for a long time. Â Got the bug honestly; my dad was a photographer and gave me the gene!! Â Digital changed the world and I jumped in with both feet. Â You would've gone thru 100's of rolls of film in one day the way we can shoot and delete all day long. Â Progess...it can be awesome sometimes.
At any rate, RR rocks, the talent is over the top and I'm just gonna keep on shooting!!
Thanks for looking and keep those cameras rollin'!!
peace.....marilyn

I think that is supposed to be Beer, but as long as you take one down and pass it around, I won't complain! ;D Superb capture!

I remember at one place I went to they told us about special mould that they cultivated down there. It had a special use, but I think I was too drunk at the time to remember what that was!!!

I'd much prefer the wine to the beer. Great shot! Excellent lighting.

Vino! That's what they call wine in Czech...as to whether it's "Vino Bile" or "Vino Ruzeny" that's something I can't tell, but the bottles look more like red wine bottles which makes the wine itself ruzeny in my book. At any rate, it's wine! That's a good thing and I love the stuff...I'm a beer guy, but I have to say that wine's high on my list of things to share with friends and to steal from one's enemies. I love the patterns the bottles form and I love the warm feel of this photo. It's incredibly warm and comfy. I need to catch up on commenting, and so I'll be back. Now I'm off to an insanely early workday...it's not even light outside yet and I have a LONG drive ahead of me...hmm...wine at this time wouldn't be good, but at least I get to LOOK at it! This is great work.
