This flag pole Base, can be found on Great trowlsworthy Tor, Dartmoor,Devonshire ,UK, it was cut for use in the Devonport dock yard at Plymouth, but never got used,

As interesting as the dockyard mey be, I think I'd rather visit here.Looks like it was cut a very long time ago, very interesting texture in the weathering.
