Description
This little fella was on the doorstep last night. Now once upon a time, as janeeden will verify, there is no way I would have taken this pic. I used to have a major phobia with frogs & toads. If I saw one I hyperventilated, would cross the other side of the road to avoid even the smallest baby. I hated walking the girls on the park & wouldn't go near the water. If I did see one on the park I would not go down that way again. The phobia was so bad that Carla 'B' got stuck in the beck once & my friend had to get her out as all I could think about were the frogs that might be nearby :o( Life was miserable from March when they appeared until they dissappeared in October/November. If there was one in the garden it had to be removed or else I wouldn't set foot outside. One day my son had to come home from work to get one out of the garden as he went outside I locked the back door, he asked my why & I said I didn't want the frog to come in :o) Then one day I started seeing a hypnotist & he cured me of my phobia, that was one of the best things I have ever done. I couldn't touch one but I don't freak out if I see one. So here is the little critter, I still think they are ugly though :o)

Good for you for getting over your phobia..when I saw the title I was afraid you were upset because I called the boys and girls happy critters!!

I'm glad you are over your frog-a-phobia. ;) I won't feel bad posting some pictures I have, but you may get your phobia back from the one I'm planing on posting in a few days. Great shot!

Great shot of this frog Barbara, my eldest daughter had a number of pet frogs inside in an aquarium and we got excellent at catching flies for them lol..

APPLAUSE!! I'm like that with spiders, moths, daddylonglegs.......the list is endless! If I accidentally touch a spider web I go into an arachnaleptic fit!!

great shot me i love all animals nothing bothers me except rats and im not that bothered just dont like them but did you most frogs live in libarys you can often hear them Read it Read it Read it Read it !!!!!! sorry about that

Nothing worse then having a phobia, and especially for something that is so difficult to avoid! So you are no longer a toad-a-phobe, or frog-phobic! That is most excellent, and you even got us a photo! Three cheers for you, something to be ever so proud of! I felt that way about spiders. Not so much now, I tend to just capture them in something and toss them outside where they belong.
