I would think with that many cows and all those goats, they would be considered middle-class and doing better than others. I see the dampness on the dung roof...Can't imagine how that must smell. But then, look how close the livestock is to the living space. Spectacular photograph.

Very interesting ! And well done. I bet they survive sucking the blood of the cows. They probably prick in the main vein in the neck .This was and still is done probably in Kenya and Tanzania.
