Description

WARNING! this is not vegetarian friendly! In April my friends geese had a load of babies and three where given to other friend to foster! One for them self one to give back and One to keep and breed! Last night we have a quail (That not this little fellow that a Bengali finch I think!) inside a duck inside a goose The meal started with Black pudding on toast Liver soup! Then the Goose which like the other birds was all boned out and mixed with stuffing and the other meats and stuffed back into the skin the fat was also trimmed off to a degree I must say the presentation and the ease in which the bird was cut was worth the preparation time involved! Twenty plus people had a wonderful slice of mixed meats and stuffing which was served with Dumplings and red cabbage as the hosts where from Chek. This was The best goose I have ever eaten Dessert was a stuffed apple with nuts and raisins with cream anglaise and ice cream Washed down with raspberry Vodka Certainly was a royal feast!

bet it tast real good. We have that here too but it be goose, duck, chick and all debone stuff into each other. with cajun spices and onions and garle. ...cool shots
