Description

Since Harriers are going to be a thing of the past, I thought I'd better do one before it became an antique. Subsonic, noisy and certainly not very pretty, the Harrier was sold with the the idea it could be stored in someone's backyard, popping up to go off and fight. However, it's finest role was when it was used in the Falklands - off ships. So that's where I have shown it operating. No doubt everyone will tell me off about the sailor. Secret- he's only there to provide a bit of local colour!

I saw one at an airshow outside of Kansas City, Mo, years ago, when they had been in production about a year. Very impressive to watch them do their thing.
