Description
Not much rainfall late Summer and early Fall. Taylor Sawmill, circa 1805, Hampstead, New Hampshire. The mill has had to shut down until Spring 2011.

So much power from a simple wheel shame the water wasn't flowing it would be a great sight, I've seen an overshot one in the UK running a flour mill I'll see if I can find the pics I took.
