Description

UF5/PSP Thank you for stopping for a look. Any and all comments are always welcome and appreciated. I know this image does not really have any connection to halloween, but i like it anyway. Have a safe Halloween. I was wondering since we have visitors from all over the globe, if kids go trick or treating where you are? or is it mostly a north american tradition? Jim

The flairs are a nice touch, really sets off the fractal, super work. If I got any Trick-or-Treaters out here in the middle of the Desert they would definitely be some determined little Monsters. peace

The colors are great. Reminds me of a streamer that could be used in a decoration setting. Lots of people have beautiful Halloween decorations inside and outside of their homes. Have a good day Jim. Happy Halloween to those that celerbrate!!

In France, in municipalities or cities, with a few bands of children led by an adult to ring and have candy, this celebration is not our custom. The various attempts to introduce this holiday will not last long ... wonderful composition !

I have lived in just about every country in the world throughout my life, including Africa and have never seen it celebrated anywhere except north America. In my view, while your image may not pertain to candy and pumpkins Halloween, it can certainly pertain in many respects to All Hallows' Eve in the classical context. In any event, I like i very much indeed. Happy Halloween to you!

I hope you have a happy halloween. Down here in New Zealand it hasn't really taken off yet but each year it gets more with the American influence that we have these days. Very little trick or treating though, mostly just parties and dressing up. This fractal looks very festive.

It's so floaty and delicate with it's three suns watching over it. Not a custom here but the shops have followed the American customs again and gone overboard to introduce it to grab revenue prior to the Christmas rush and certainly gullible parents have been vying with each other to overdress their children in plastic. I am in no doubt that it is commercialism at it's worst over here. Ask anyone about the real meaning of All hallows e'en and you will get a blank look 99 times out of 100. All Hallow's Eve, Hallow E'en, Halloween, Day of the Dead, Samhain. By whatever name it has been called, this special night preceding All Hallows day (November 1st) has been considered for centuries as one of the most magical nights of the year. A night of power, when the veil that separates our world from the Otherworld is at its thinnest
