I am a big Nascar fan of the no. 24 and the no.88 luv animals and art, music, and movies along with antiques i also collect all kinds of pigs not real of course crystal,cd's and DVD's oh yea i forgot about the John Deere also guess u could say i just collect a lot of things that i love.I am from Indiana also love horseback riding time alone in the woods and photography.I have a very complicated job that is something no one person would want to do i am in criminal investigations and pathology and it is not a pretty job very tough to handle when it involves children but someone must speak for those who cannot.

C'est vrai que les hérons semblent avoir des endroits favoris. Lorsque je rentre du travail, il y en a un, de temps en temps, qui se tient à moins de deux mètres de la chaussée, toujours au même endroit. Et ce n'est pas très calme, même si c'est le bord d'une route de campagne.

What a great shot! We once saw one of these methodically work through our yard scooping up all the young garter snakes that were sunning, perhaps this one was waiting for a similar feast? The title makes me suspect it sat there often, though, so I suspect it just likes the nice sunny spot up above the ground. Great photo!
