I took this yesterday on my way to Poteau,Oklahoma.I went there to see leafs,Talimena Scenic Drive, and Cavanal Hill , located near Poteau, Oklahoma, is billed as the tallest hill in the world at 1,999 feet. while I was at Cavanal Hill, some men came and one spoke to me,inquiring about my opinion on an observation deck they were building.I asked him if he knows my friend that I knew since high school.he replied yes that he "knew" him and his father was a best friend of Wayne.I said you "knew?" him, and he replied yes.I asked him did he die, and I found out he had died a year ago September. I had not looked up his phone number, because I knew he was a devout Assembly of God member. the last time I went to Poteau I invited him and his wife to eat in a restaurant,he insisted that we would eat at his home, because they would not go out to eat on the Sabbath.I did not want to impose.He was 67 years old I posted a picture of his dog before, standing on a post,more than 2 years ago.I post this picture in his memory.sleep in peace Wayne http://www.renderosity.com/mod/gallery/index.php?image_id=1562022&user_id=172146&page=60&member&np obviously I was gone the whole day yesterday and another 500 mile one day trip thanks so much for your visits and comments
