Description
Talk about a fella who can't hold his liquor! Fortunately, Ingrid got drunk enough at the Halloween party that all she remembered was that she met a skinny guy who didn't talk much. None of the other guests seemed to notice because most of them couldn't see out of their costumes.
Since I know of someone who got in trouble for dressing someone in a barrel, I want to say explicitly that she is absolutely wearing underwear.
If you're wondering how someone can talk so much with a cigar stuck in her mouth, consider it laziness on my part.
