It looks like she has cut her hand and her blood (transformed by spells) is part of the ingredients of her magical brew. I think the bit that has missed the cauldron is going to sizzle when it hits the flames. Wonderful composition, detail, and textures! Beautiful background, character, and flames! I like the eyeballs and that's a creepy little doll on the shelf! Great image!
