Stamani una veduta ( 3 foto ) del Lago d’Idro , attraversato dal fiume Chiese che ne esce a Idro per proseguire nel percorso che lo porta po a confluire nell’Oglio a valle di Acquanegra sul Chiese. From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Il Lago d'Idro o Eridio è un lago di origine glaciale sito nella Provincia di Brescia ai confini con il Trentino. Posto a 368 metri sul livello del mare è formato dalle acque del fiume Chiese che ne è anche l'emissario. La sua superficie è di 10,9 km² e raggiunge una profondità massima di 122 metri. Le condizioni attuali del lago destano più di una preoccupazione a causa della gravità dei fenomeni di eutrofizzazione dovuti all'assenza di un collettore fognario e per l'intenso sfruttamento delle sue acque da parte di una centrale elettrica e per uso irriguo. The Lake Hydro or Eridio is a glacial lake located in the province of Brescia on the border with Trentino. Situated 368 meters above sea level is formed by the River Parishes who is also the emissary. Its surface is 10.9 km ² and reaches a maximum depth of 122 meters. The current conditions of the lake are of greater concern because of the severity of eutrophication due to the lack of a sewer and the intense exploitation of its water from a power plant and for irrigation History The Lake Hydro is one of the first Italian natural lakes to be regulated by an artificial barrier built in the '20s, and managed by the Company in granting Lake Hydro (SLI) until the end of October 24, 1987. Since then, it being a sometimes bitter confrontation between the various authorities, the coastal population [1], the resulting water for ENEL hydroelectric Carpeneda and peasants of the plains for irrigation. The lake is an artificial reservoir, the maximum height of 370 m above sea level 75 million m3. From 1996 to 2001 as an experiment has been imposed on instream flow and were reduced excursions of the artificial lake from 7 to 3.25 m. Infrastructure and Transport The Lake Hydro, unlike the Iseo and Garda, can not be covered for the whole perimeter with vehicles because, on the eastern shore, the road from Hydro ends after 5 km, in the hamlet of Vesta and only one path allows the connection with Ponte Caffaro. The western shore is crossed by Highway 237, Caffaro entering the towns of Hydro, Anfo Ponte Caffaro and then joined in the Trentino region. During the summer there is a transportation service with a ferry that connects the village of Crone, Anfo, Ponte Caffaro, Vesta and Vantone.
