Description

Rome, last week, in the roman ruins, Piazza Torre Argentina. Many cats (200?) live among these ruins, in the very center of Rome, in a quiet place where nobody can touch them (not very quiet about sound, because of heavy trafic around). They are sterilised and fed. Some are wounded but can recover here. Cats live also in other ruins, in different districts of the town, for ex. Piazza Vittorio Emanuel, on the Palatin Hill... Cheers.

Amazing story, and an excellent image. Good to hear they are being cared for. We have the same over here in our parks, and areas such as that. They are also neutered, spayed, and released again, and fed.
