Computer geek extarodinaire, I love to tinker with gadgets and tech items to get them to do what I want. I'm either logically artistic or artisically logical. I'm also rude, crude, semi-barbaric, socially unacceptable, and totally psychotic. On the bright side - I am potentially harmless. I'm currently trying to write some short stories about the fae as well as a novel on those same fae as well as two other novels. The programs I have for photo and image editing are: Photoimpact from Ulead, Adobe Photoshop 7 and Corel Paint Shop Pro 2X. Recently I've added DAZ Studios as well as Terragen, Blender and Google Sketch to my list of programs crowding my hard-drive.  All this and much more on an old Pentium III 450 with 396 Megs of memory and operating Windows XP. It does get interesting at time.As of December 26, 2008, I have added Vue 7 Pioneer to my list of reason of why I'm going insane.
As of January 2010 I upgraded to a new HP 2 dual core processor with 6 gigs onboard mem with 4 gig powerboost and 2.07 terabytes of Hard drivesMy email is faemike55@gmail.com

Hmmmmm..... She must have arranged this on one of those dating sites..... Looks like it could be an interesting evening. I don't think she's too excited at the moment, though! :-D Delightful art, Mike, and your lighting is spot on! Most excellent. I know what you mean about figuring out where everything is. I'm still in the process of loading all my Poser content on this new system. I didn't realize quite how much stuff I actually have! Between all the RMP sales, DAZ sales, freebies (I'm sure I have that Dalek somewhere...), it's beyond outrageous. I'm trying to take my time and load everything in some kind of logical order - all in external runtimes so I can back them up and just copy the runtimes if I ever have to reload. Anyway - very cool work as always!

Awkward...

Normally I would advise her to do what my father used to do when he was a young man traveling in Central America, get the chaparone drunk so you could have your way with the skeleton. In this case, however, it might be wiser to just fly away. Outstanding lighting, looks like you've got it.

Nice work

I guess you could say she still has "no body" to go on a blind date with, she will have a bone or two to pick with the dating agency lol.. I don't think she needs a chaperon as he can't get up to any hanky panky as one can see right through him.. LOL.. Excellent render time too Mike well done!!
thekingtut
It's a Dalek. Just go up some stairs, chaperone avoided.

She must have a thing for boners... then again, he looks like he's having second thoughts... may he doesn't like skin? LOL
zil2008
Hum a Dalek as a chaperone. I think she needs to rethink this date.

most excellent work mike. why do you use the content manager at all??i never let daz look for content,it intends to crash especially the advanced. i give it in the preferences the runtime to point to and thats it. i have my interface show :folders as tree. each time i start daz or when installing while in a scene i save the scene and daz updates the runtime by itself. but hey thats me - im a freak in folder structures since the old dos times and norton commander . and i have in my head more or less everything i have on my hdds and where. but i do that day by day so im not a superman its just a repeat of the same moves/clicks/thoughts over and over. and i install install install just found out i have 200 gig content i thought i had only 70 lol. but then everyone has a different approach to things and thats good.,you will figure out and set up your daz the way it suits you,in case of need i can help,im not only giving suggestions but i can also take action to help and show the way i do it.not just blahh---blahh lol..

blind...skeleton...Dalek...wait what?

She better be careful she isn't exterminated, them Daleks are a bugger for it

Wonderful work.

Wonderful scene , great lighting !

I rather think a Dalek is not entirely suited to be a chaperone, and actually protecting someone!

The File systems of DAZ and Poser just terrorize me. Good luck "learning" them. It's something no sane person should be put through. Now, what an interesting render and having such an unsubtle chaperon would be bad enough without the problem of the severely undernourished blind date. What a dilemma.

Wonderful and creative work.....!!!!!
Seaview123
Gonna be tough to get to 2nd base with a chaparone like that! Cool picture.

Really funny render, Mike! Never trust a dalek!

Great render.

very nice render and scene mike.
magnus073
Cool one Mike, but I think she needs to be a bit more picky about who she goes out with in the future
Cimaira
Well, neither one of them look too happy about the date, so maybe they should just shake hands and walk away, lol.. excellent work!

lol, awesome scene Mike. She looks so shy when you would expect her to be scared. Love it, great job my friend :)
Shari123
Both of them looks a little bashful. I wonder, can a skeleton blush? The lighting looks marvelous Mike!
